Hurricane Ike caused minor damage to the facilities of First Baptist Church but greatly affected the homes, businesses, and lives of those closer to the coast. Please be in prayer for God's blessing on the thousands affected by Ike and for those working to rebuild the devastated areas. Our prayer is that those seeking answers after such devastation and hardship will find comfort and direction from the guiding hand of Jesus Christ.
